Welcome to the Life and Times of Michael Davis. I've decided that I need to create this blog, to document my life and create a journal of sorts that I can use throughout my life. It is the first of December, 2015, and I will be 31 in 6 days. Vienna is 5, Lincoln is 3 and Everett is about to turn 2 in early January. I am working at Apple Valley Dental, but last night I had a meeting with Dr Chris Collins up in Spokane about purchasing his practice. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better than it did. He was ok with waiting for me to take over until June which is when my contract is over. I should be hearing soon from Paul (the broker) very soon about banking information and how to start the process of obtaining a loan for the practice. The practice is for sale for $450,000. It is the perfect size for me, it currently has 4 ops with room to expand to 5. All the equipment is up to date and ready to go. It's exactly where Ethney and I want to be location wise. I really feel very comfortable with the transaction and the purchase. I feel like this is where we are supposed to be and a great place to raise our family.
